Alaigal Day Zero

We took a road trip to Bangalore from Chennai for our first client meet. The selfie that you see was taken right outside Glen’s Bakehouse, Bangalore after the meet. Every story that begins with a road trip should be a happy story, right? Spoiler alert…Yesss! Alaigal got its first couple, Ajay & Shri. But we had no clue we would be here writing this blog to share our story with you. 

As we all quit our full-time jobs pretty much at the same time we had no idea what was next! When Eashwar got an enquiry for a wedding that was when we three sat together as a team with no intention of starting Alaigal. Initially, we worked on setting up the project proposal and a website, countless hours were spent on Facetime tweaking even the minute details to present it to the client. Unfortunately, the client chose a different team. It was disappointing at first but eventually, we realised that we loved all the work we put into it and we had fun doing it so we thought “ok why not make it a thing” Thus Alaigal! How did we choose this name? That deserves a whole other blog.

Fast forward to December 2024, we are happy and grateful to have achieved our initial goal and we are very excited to see what 2025 holds for us. If you are reading this you too play a huge role in what Alaigal is today. For everyone who has been with us since day one, thank you for being a part of this journey. To more memories…
